We’ve all seen airlines getting in on the social media game - from Facebook fan pages (ahem, we launched a new one!) to customer support Twitter accounts - all of the kings of the sky are trying to get in the ‘social’ game.
Although most of the airline social media efforts have been safe brand builders, there seems to be a spark of innovation on the horizon. KLM has decided to go BIG with it’s latest Facebook promotion - we’re talking jumbo jet sized!
If you want your face pasted on the side of a plane, check out KLM’s Tile & Inspire Facebook application. It allows you to customize a tile and enter to have it pasted on the side of a plane.
